In short
Effective: July 24, 2026 · Applies to: intelloans.com, operated by Intel Loans, Inc., company NMLS #2858705, a Florida-licensed mortgage broker.
As a mortgage broker, Intel Loans, Inc. is a financial institution under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). This notice describes our practices within that framework, in plainer language than the statute uses.
What we collect
Almost everything we hold, you gave us on purpose. When you use our inquiry form or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the loan scenario details you choose to share: property location, price and down payment ranges, how you earn, and the credit range you report. Our marketing forms do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, or document uploads; those belong to the formal application stage with a lender, after you have decided to proceed.
Like every website, our servers also record basic technical data: IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. With your analytics choice, Google Analytics also processes page paths, referral sources, standard campaign parameters and ad-click identifiers, approximate device/browser information, and whether an inquiry form was successfully received. We use this to measure the site and our advertising. We do not send Google the name, email address, phone number, property or loan details, or application answers entered into our forms.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to evaluate your inquiry, to arrange financing with our wholesale lending partners when you ask us to, to respond to your questions, and to keep the records our licensing and advertising rules require us to keep. We also use aggregate, de-identified patterns (for example, which pages get read) to improve the site.
What we share, and with whom
| Who | What they receive | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Wholesale lending partners | Your inquiry and application details | To underwrite and price the loan you asked us to arrange |
| Service providers under contract | The minimum needed to do their job | Hosting, email, and the systems that manage our loan files |
| Google Analytics | Page, referral, campaign, device/browser, consent, and successful-inquiry event data—not form contents or contact information | To measure site use and advertising results |
| Regulators and courts | What the law requires | Licensing examinations, record-retention rules, and legal process |
| Lead marketplaces and data brokers | Nothing | We do not sell consumer information. Your inquiry stays inside the transaction you started |
How we protect it
Form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to consumer information is limited to the people who need it to work your file. We are implementing our written information security program under the FTC Safeguards Rule (16 CFR Part 314), the federal standard for companies that handle consumer financial information, before accepting consumer submissions, and we notify affected consumers of security breaches as the law requires.
Your choices
Email support@intelloans.com to opt out of marketing contact at any time. You can also ask what information we hold about you and have us correct anything we got wrong. We honor opt-outs promptly. One honest caveat: some records we are required to keep for a period of years under licensing and advertising record-retention rules, even after you opt out of contact.
Calls and texts (TCPA consent)
If you give us your phone number and agree to the consent language on our form, you are agreeing in writing that Intel Loans, Inc. may call or text you at that number about your inquiry, including through automatic telephone dialing systems and prerecorded or artificial-voice messages. That consent is never a condition of getting a loan or buying anything from us. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, HELP for help, or email us and we will stop calling. This is the consent framework the Telephone Consumer Protection Act requires.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-4K36567SDZ, to understand which pages and campaigns bring visitors to the site and which visits result in a successfully received inquiry. The site sends a standard generate_lead event only after our server accepts a form. It does not place form answers or contact details in analytics events, page URLs, or custom dimensions.
Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default until you choose “Allow measurement.” Before that choice, Google's consent mode may receive consent-state and cookieless measurement signals. If you allow measurement, Google may use first-party analytics and advertising-measurement cookies to connect visits and ad clicks to aggregate reporting. We keep advertising user-data and personalized-ad signals disabled in the website tag.
Choose “Necessary only” to keep analytics and advertising storage denied. You can reopen the choice at any time using “Analytics choices” in the site footer. Google describes how it handles information in its privacy policy.

When our practices change, this page changes first, with a new effective date at the top. We do not apply changes retroactively to information collected under an older version without telling you.
