How to verify us in about a minute

01

Open the registry

Go to nmlsconsumeraccess.org, the free federal database of every licensed mortgage company and loan originator in the country. It is run by the states' regulators, not by us.

02

Search our record

Search "Intel Loans, Inc." or NMLS #2858705. The record shows our licenses by state, their current status, and any regulatory actions on file.

03

Trust the registry

If this page and the registry ever disagree, the registry wins. It is the primary source; this page is our summary of it, reviewed July 2026.

Pending applications

Where we have applied, and what that means

License applications are pending in the 13 states below as of July 2026. Pending means exactly that: we are not licensed there yet, and until each license issues we neither discuss loan scenarios for properties in that state nor promise an approval date. When a state goes live, it moves to the active table above and this page gets a new reviewed date.

Equal Housing Opportunity

We do business in accordance with the federal Fair Housing Act and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. Complaints and questions

If something is wrong, say so

Write to us first at licensing@intelloans.com and a licensed person will respond. You can also complain directly to our regulator, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation, at flofr.gov, or review our record anytime at NMLS Consumer Access. More about who we are and how we get paid is on the about page.

Licensing questions we actually get

What is the difference between a company NMLS ID and an individual one?

Every licensed mortgage company and every individual loan originator carries its own NMLS ID, and they are separate records. 2858705 is the company ID for Intel Loans, Inc.. The individual originators who work your file each have their own ID, shown on your loan documents and searchable in the same registry.

What does a broker license let you do that a lender license doesn't?

A Florida Mortgage Broker license permits arranging loans that other companies fund. A Mortgage Lender license adds the authority to fund loans in the company's own name. Intel Loans holds the broker license today and has a lender application in progress; until it issues, every loan we arrange is funded by a wholesale lending partner.

When will my state's license be approved?

We do not know, and we will not guess. State approval timelines vary widely and are outside our control. You can submit an application from any state today; if yours is on the pending list, we will contact you the moment that license issues.

How do I file a complaint?

Start with us at licensing@intelloans.com; most problems are fixable fast. If you would rather go straight to the regulator, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation accepts consumer complaints at flofr.gov.
