About Intel Loans

The brokerage for files that need a human read.

Intel Loans, Inc. is a mortgage brokerage. We arrange financing through wholesale lending partners that compete for your loan, and we put every answer in writing, starting with this page.

Who we are

Intel Loans, Inc. is a mortgage brokerage. One application puts your file in front of dozens of wholesale lending desks that compete to win it: agency, jumbo, and the non-QM programs banks decline, from DSCR and bank statement to foreign national and non-warrantable condo loans.

A licensed loan expert manages your file from first quote to closing, and every answer arrives in writing. Our license record lives on the licensing page and is verifiable at NMLS Consumer Access.

The model

One application.
Our whole bench of underwriting desks.

Intel Loans is a mortgage brokerage built on a simple idea: lenders should compete for your loan, not the other way around. One application reaches dozens of wholesale lending desks, and a licensed loan expert manages your file from first quote to closing.

A retail bank can only approve you against its own guidelines. A brokerage holds approvals with wholesale lenders, the desks that price loans for brokers instead of running branch networks. When your file misses one lender's box, the file moves to another desk. You fill out one application either way.

To be clear about the limits: the lender makes the final underwriting decision, and no one can honestly promise you an approval, a rate, or a closing date before underwriting happens. We tell you what we see, in writing, and we do not dress it up.

01

Package

We assemble your file the way underwriters actually read one: income story first, exceptions documented, nothing left for them to guess at.

02

Place

The file goes to the wholesale desk whose written guidelines fit your scenario, not to whichever lender answered the phone first.

03

Price

We compare the offers that come back and show you the numbers on paper, including what we earn on the transaction.

04

Push

Conditions, appraisal, title, closing. The same people who took your application walk the file to clear-to-close.

Compensation

How we get paid

Like every licensed mortgage broker, we are compensated through the transactions we arrange. The figure appears on your Loan Estimate and again on your Closing Disclosure, in writing, before you commit. Depending on the loan, that compensation is paid either by the lender or by you as part of your closing costs, and we walk you through which applies to your file and why.

We do not sell your information to lead marketplaces, and we do not collect fees that fail to appear on your paperwork.

Licensing

Where we’re licensed

Florida, all 67 counties, as of July 2026. A Florida Mortgage Lender (MLD) application is in progress, and additional state licenses are pending in 13 states. We do not discuss loan scenarios for properties in those states until each license is issued.

Straight answers

Questions we actually get.

The five that decide whether someone trusts a brokerage they found online.

Is Intel Loans a lender or a broker?

A broker, today. Intel Loans, Inc. holds a Florida Mortgage Broker license under company NMLS #2858705, and a Florida Mortgage Lender application is in progress. Until that license issues, every loan we arrange is underwritten and funded by one of our wholesale lending partners.

Who actually underwrites and funds my loan?

The wholesale lending partner we place your file with. We package the application, submit it, negotiate pricing, and manage conditions through closing. The lender makes the final underwriting decision and funds the loan.

Does talking to you cost anything?

The initial conversation costs nothing, and looking at options does not involve a hard credit pull. Our compensation happens through the transaction if a loan closes, and you see the figure in writing on your Loan Estimate before you commit.

Can I apply from any state?

Yes, you can start an application from anywhere in the US. Where we can arrange your loan depends on lender and state licensing; the current license list and pending applications are on our licensing page, and a licensed loan officer tells you exactly where things stand on the first call.

How do I verify your license?

Search NMLS #2858705 at nmlsconsumeraccess.org, the federal registry every licensed mortgage company appears in. Our licensing page walks through exactly what to look for.
